The Bradley Residence is a newly renovated 1643 total sq ft home located in St. Petersburg, Florida. The original home was just over 1000 sq ft and box like in nature. The client’s request was to provide an enlarged master bedroom and living area, newly added additional bedroom, and covered front porch. The design also needed to focus on creating a new front appeal that had multiple roof lines and distinguishing massing. Emphasis was also in integrating a landscape design with up-lighting.
