The emphasis on this project was to renovate an existing homes master suite and kitchen and create a new formal entry to preserve the owners investment. The home overlooks Tampa Bay in the heart of St. Petersburg, Florida in the Shore Acres area. The challenge was to re-engineer the existing trusses to incorporate the new tile roofing loads, design a contemporary yet classical entry structure while integrating with the existing home.  Additional matching, concrete cast columns were incorporated into the front elevation at the garage and bedroom as well, as creating a grander overall look. All new landscape was incorporated along with new pavers for the approach and vehicular drive. The end result was a new sub-tropical, and re-energized contemporary project.
