Residence The
client's request was to provide a new open plan renovation and
upgraded tropical entry to their existing waterfront home.
Emphasis was placed on a new frontal approach to the home by
addressing a newly built truss structure with bolted wood beams and
connector plates. Metal louver panels and light colored low
walls help define semi-private space, while the tropical plantings
and up-lighting create silhouettes that help in bringing back a
Florida nighttime charm. |
