The project is a 4 unit Condominium Residential project located on Indian Rocks Beach, Florida. The project site is adjacent to pubic beach access where beach re-nourishment of the dunes and native fauna are of high concern. Open aired, High volume ceiling and views to the beach were the emphasis in the design. Parking is staged under the structure and protected from the elements. The Client requested environmentally sound and natural wood materials.
