The project was to design an exterior rear balcony / railing system and covered outdoor porch addition. Slightly arched motif and simple columns were used to match the existing character of the home. Landscaping design was introduced along with large border boulders and security gates to create an atmosphere of sub-tropical appeal.

The landscaping design incorporated access to the client’s private dock overlooking the water.
